Step 4: The Closing Day

Distribution of funds will be done by escrow to the buyer and seller upon the successful review and signing of the Final Settlement Statement. Escrow will process sales payments once the final contract is reviewed and signed.

 

Step 5: Receive the keys:

Congratulations! This is the final stage of the home-buying procedure. The seller will work with their agent as well as your agent to transfer the keys to you. Escrow will have all the legal documents drawn up and filed.
